The tour will also provide information of the 3 posts of the Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) that existed in Pipestone County and give the history of the Civil War Soldiers Memorial that sits on the Pipestone County Courthouse lawn and features the names of over 400 Union soldiers and soldiers in the Spanish-American War from Pipestone County.
