SUMMARY:Fun & Educational Museum Workshops for Youth
DESCRIPTION:Back by popular demand is our Christmas break Youth Programming.  This year we will host 2 workshops.  The morning one is for youth 4th grade and older and will let the kids learn about how the first maps of Minnesota were made and use a Gunter's chain to explore the process.  In the afternoon youth of all ages are invited to help churn some butter and sample their creation! \n\n \n\nWe invite you to bring the kids\, grandkids\, nieces or nephews and join us! Registration is necessary so we know how many to expect.  Kids under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.\n\n\n\nTo ensure enough supplies\, preregistration for these workshops is requested by calling the Museum at (507) 825-2563.
