DESCRIPTION:Join our Natural Resources Department for a hands-on experience in prairie restoration! Help us collect native prairie seeds and remove invasive plant species to support our local eco-systems. No experience needed - we'll provide the tools and training. Just bring sturdy shoes and dress in layers for the weather! Children are welcome to participate.\n\n\nVolunteers receive complementary lunch after 11:00 am as well as tokens of our appreciation. Event begins at the Monument visitor center at 9:00 am.\n\n\n\nThis event is free and open to the public.\n\n\n\nFor more information\, please call 507-825-5464 ext. 214 or visit the park website at www.nps.gov/pipe.
