SUMMARY:Pipestone County Christmas Care Distribution Day
DESCRIPTION:Pipestone Kiwanis Club\, Pipestone County Food Shelf\, Pipestone Area Chamber\, & Pipestone Jaycees are working together this year with the help of many local donors to distribute new toys to Pipestone County children ages 12 years & younger whose families are facing financial hardship as well as holiday meal totes to individuals\, families\, and seniors in financial need.\n\n\n\nParticipant Requirements:\n\n\n All recipients must be Pipestone County Residents.\n Toys are for children 12 and under (only one parent/guardian should register each child\, not both parents/guardians).\n Parent or legal guardian must be present to pick up on distribution day - no substitutes.\n Holiday Meal Tote - limit one per household.\n Everyone must be pre-registered online (below) by Thursday\, December 7\, 2023 or by calling the Chamber at 507-825-3316.\n\n\n\n***REGISTRATION for TOYS & FOOD - CLICK HERE.***\n\n\n\n***REGISTRATION for FOOD TOTE ONLY - CLICK HERE.***\n\n\n\nDonations:\n\n\n Monetary donations (cash or check made payable to Pipestone Kiwanis Club) can be dropped off at the Pipestone Area Chamber of Commerce or mailed to Pipestone Kiwanis Club\, P.O. Box 72\, Pipestone\, MN 56164.\n Donations of new\, unwrapped toys\, games\, books\, activity kits\, and stuffed animals (for children ages 12 & under) may be dropped off at Christmas Care Boxes at numerous locations.\n Donations of new quilts\, blankets\, and throws may be dropped off at the Chamber.\n We do not accept donations of food\, clothing\, shoes\, coats\, and winter outer apparel. Food can be donated to Pipestone County Food Shelf. Adult and children's clothing and shoes can be donated to VIM Thrift Store.
