5K Fun Run/Walk for Parkinson's Awareness
The Rock Steady Boxing 5K Fun Run & Walk is more than a race, it's a chance to fight back against Parkinson's. Join a community moving with purpose, supporting strength, resilience, and hope. Whether you run or walk, every step helps empower individuals to keep pushing forward. Lace up and be part of something meaningful. All proceeds support equipment, education, and access, helping individuals stay strong, keep moving, and continue the fight.

• Time: 6:00 p.m. Registration | 6:30 p.m. Run Starts
• Location: PAS Track and Field Facility, 1401 7th St SW
• Cost: $25 (includes event t-shirt if registered by June 3)
This event will benefit PCMC's Rock Steady Boxing Program, a unique fitness program designed to help individuals with Parkinson's disease combat symptoms such as tremors, slowness, and limb stiffness. All proceeds from the run/walk will go towards purchasing new equipment, providing continued education, keeping program costs manageable for current and future members, and fulfilling other program needs.
