Free Movie Night at Christ the King Free Lutheran Church

Christ the King Free Lutheran Church is offering a Free Movie Night on Saturday, February 21st beginning at 6:00 PM. 

"Average Joe" is the true story about a football coach who prayed on the 50-yard line after each game to give thanks. As fans and students voluntarily joined him and the media started following the story, coach Joe Kennedy was placed on administrative leave by his high school employer. Defending his right to express his faith went all the way to the Supreme Court while enduring many trials and tribulations. While securing his First Amendment rights in June of 2022, this is an inspiring story of courage, redemption and grace.
