On October 17th at 10:00 a.m. the Pipestone County Historical Society and Meinders Community Library are partnering to bring regional author Suzanne Fuller to talk about her new book The Girl Who Moved to the Town that Wasn’t There. It is a work of fiction; though based on Suzanne’s ancestors who moved to Egan, SD before Egan existed. It is a chapter book for 4th-8th graders or anyone who loves “Little House on the Prairie” style of books/writings. Books will be available for purchase at the event. It is FREE to attend and will be held at the Performing Arts Center (104 E Main St) so social distancing can be observed. Masks required.
