My business/organization agrees to follow the safety rule of no throwing of candy, prizes, or objects from any floats, moving vehicles (neither drivers nor passengers), or from walkers in the center of the street. My business/organization understands that these rules are in place for the safety of the attendees and to assist those driving in the parade. My business/organization understands that if anyone in our parade unit violates these rules, my business/organization may not be able to participate in parades in the future. My business/organization will notify everyone (employees, volunteers, spouses, and children) participating in our parade unit of these rules to ensure compliance with them. My business/organization assumes all risk of bodily injury, property damage, and/or personal injury that may incur by participating in the 2025 Merry & Bright Night Parade. We hereby forever waive and release any and all claims against and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Pipestone Area Chamber of Commerce and all their respective officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, or assigns of any kind from any and all claims which may be made for any cause whatsoever arising as a result of or in connection with my business/organization’s participation in the parade.
