December's “Coffee Talk” features Trava Olivier, Museum Educator for the Pipestone County Historical Society. Trava will share the History of Agriculture in Pipestone County. The presentation will briefly touch on topics such as the Percheron horse farm that was located at Cazenovia and the time when potatoes were grown as a cash crop. It will also offer comparisons on the average number and size of farms and the types of crops and livestock raised throughout the county's history.
