Maintenance Technician

Job Description
  • Responsible for completing maintenance and upkeep of the facility’s grounds, buildings, and equipment ensuring the built environment is safe and functional. They will inspect the local facilities to ensure they meet safety regulations and organizational standards. This person will assist with developing and completing the day-to-day workplans and assist with facility projects. 
     
    Qualifications: This person should have a high school diploma or the equivalent, plus a minimum of two years of work-related experience. A working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems is desired. A valid South Dakota or Minnesota driver’s license is required. This person must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
