We are looking for a highly dependable and personable professional to serve as a Client Relationship Manager / Client Concierge in our Pipestone branch. Someone who takes ownership of the client experience and ensures every interaction is seamless, thoughtful, and executed at a high level.
This is not a typical administrative role. It is an opportunity to be the face of our office, build meaningful relationships, and play a key role in delivering a premium client experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and naturally anticipates needs before they arise.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a consistently high-touch, professional experience
- Anticipate client needs and proactively coordinate next steps, follow-ups, and communication
- Manage scheduling and logistics for client meetings with precision and care
- Prepare and review client materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and a polished presentation
- Maintain highly organized and up-to-date client records
- Support and facilitate both in-person and virtual meetings (Zoom), ensuring a smooth experience
- Coordinate with internal team members and external partners to execute on client needs
- Partner with the main office to coordinate and support marketing initiatives, client events, and communications
- Assist with implementing local marketing efforts and maintaining brand consistency
- Help create a welcoming, professional, and detail-oriented office environment
- Identify opportunities to enhance and elevate the overall client experience
- Strong relationship-building skills with a natural ability to create trust and connection
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Comfortable with Zoom and other technology platforms
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Adobe, or Canva is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Part-time with flexible hours ( M-R )
- 1/2 time 3 weeks a month
- 3/4 time 1 week a month
- Occasional coordination with the main office
