About Us
The Pipestone Indian Shrine Association (PISA) is a non-profit cooperating association of the National Park Service established in 1955 to preserve the vanishing art of pipemaking and to assist Pipestone National Monument in the development of scientific, educational, & interpretive programs. This organization provides cultural demonstrators for the Pipestone National Monument to answer visitor questions and demonstrate their art form.
