About Us

My name is Robert (Rob) Woodbury, and I have deep roots in SW MN. Originally from Worthington, I have proudly been a part of the Pipestone community for 25 years now. As a lifelong resident of this area, I possess an extensive understanding of the local market.

I began my career in the real estate industry through banking, where I served in a number of capacities, but became specialized as a mortgage lender for nearly 22 years. In 2019, I pursued my long-standing dream of self-employment and transitioned into real estate field full time. I completed the necessary education and training, and have been fortunate to work under the guidance of my mentor, Tom Winter, whose decades of experience have been invaluable to my growth in the field.

Currently, I hold a Certified Residential Appraiser license, the highest designation for residential appraisers, and am licensed to operate in both Minnesota and South Dakota.

I have now completed hundreds of appraisal reports, enhancing my expertise. Additionally, I am a licensed real estate salesperson with Winter Realty, Inc., which further broadens my insight into the local real estate market, trends, and property valuations. In 2022, I established my own appraisal company and am eager to leverage my education, training, and hands-on experience to serve you.

Residential properties with 1-4 units, including residential acreages (generally 20 acres or fewer), regardless of transaction complexity or value (subject to state-specific regulations)
