35th Annual Water Tower Festival Parade Winners

Congratulations to the 2024 Pipestone Area Chamber's 35th Annual Water Tower Festival Parade Winners! Winners were selected based on the interpretation of the 2024 parade theme, “Level Up, Pipestone! Paying Tribute to Family-Friendly Video Games.” On behalf of the Pipestone Area Chamber Board and Staff, we sincerely thank all of our parade entries as well as our generous Festival Sponsors, many community volunteers, and everyone who attended the 2024 Water Tower Festival! Here are this year’s winners:
