Results from the 19th Annual Pipestone Area Chamber Golf Classic:
- Thursday, June 5, 2025, 2:00 pm Shotgun Start, held at Pipestone Country Club, catered by Hatfield Roadhouse and Keri’s Cupcakes & More
- Scramble Format: 4-person Team format where players hit from the best shot and combine their strokes for the lowest score.
- New Record Number of Teams - 26 Teams competed - this was our largest event to date!!!
Team Awards:
2025 Team Champions (Lowest Score): Pipestone Country Club won the tournament with the lowest score of 28, 8 under par. Team Members included: Wade Newgard, Megan Newgard, Tim Rustad, and Duane Hess. Dari King was 2nd place with a score of 29. Fuller Paving and Mark’s Electric tied for 3rd place with scores of 30 each.
2025 Team Spirit Champions (Most Fun) were Winter Title & Abstract Cos. in matching “Battle of Parsburg” polos and hats. Team Members included: Gavin Winter, Makhi Winter, Michael Nelson, and Corey Juhl.

No one won the $10,000 Hole-In-One contest on Hole #4. However, high school senior Jackson Kennedy from Norman, Oklahoma (who was golfing for Fuller Paving) came within six inches of winning! Cody Heidebrink — first shot of the day — was the next closest to getting a hole in one on #4.
It was a tee-rific event of making new connections & growing current ones; friendly competition; enjoying delicious Hatfield Roadhouse ribs; and raising funds for our nonprofit Chamber!
