Historic Pipestone Inc. (HPI) holds their monthly used book sale fundraiser on the first Saturday of each month from 9:00 am - approximately Noon. The sale features books in both hardcover and paperback, ranging over a variety of subjects in both fiction and nonfiction. All such books are donated by members of the community.

16th Annual Youth Mentor Hunt hosted by Pipestone County Pheasants Forever. In addition to a mentor-led pheasant hunt, youth will be taught gun safety, hunting etiquette, and the importance of conservation and wildlife habitat.

10th Annual Trunk or Treat & Downtown Candy Walk
The Pipestone Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to Historic Downtown Pipestone for the FREE 10th Annual Trunk or Treat & Downtown Candy Walk on Thursday, October 31st, from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. With about 1,000 kids annually, this community celebration for our area?s youth is a Pipestone Area favorite! 5th Annual Lights at the Lodge
The 2024, 5th Annual Lights at the Lodge lighting is Saturday, November 30, 2024 at the Hiawatha Pageant Park, official lighting at 6:00 pm. After the official lighting, the lights will be on every night through January 1, 2025.
