AUGUST COFFEE TALK: Noah Burris, Exhibits Mgr, presents "Free Rural Delivery."
The public is invited to join the Pipestone County Historical Society for its monthly Coffee Talk on Thursday, August 15th when the Museum’s Exhibit Manager, Noah Burris, will share information on the history of Free Rural Delivery. This program will share information about the start of mail delivery to rural addresses by the United State Postal Service.
Coffee Talks are FREE for all members of the public to attend. If you are unable to attend in person, the presentation will be recorded and shared on the Museum's YouTube channel. The link to the video will be on the Pipestone County Museum's website as soon as it is available.
Coffee Talks are held the third Thursday of each month. Complimentary coffee and treats are served beginning at 9:45 a.m. Presentations begin at 10:00. The Pipestone County Museum is located at 113 S. Hiawatha Avenue in Pipestone, MN.
