The Pipestone Area Band Parents’ Association will hold its 42nd Annual Pork Dinner on Sunday, March 30th. The event will be held at St. Leo’s Catholic Church. Serving will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The menu includes a pork sandwich, baked beans, coleslaw, chips, a beverage, and dessert. The cost of a ticket is $12.00 for students and adults; children 10 and under $6.00. Take-out meals will be available. All tickets will be purchased at the door, there are no advanced sales. Proceeds from this event will be used in a variety of ways, such as providing meals to the students during summer band camp, purchasing tickets for students to attend a Drum Corp International (DCI) performance, and providing scholarships to graduating seniors from the Pipestone Marching Band Program.
