Building Welcoming Workplaces: SW MN Workforce Cohort

The SW MN Workforce Cohorts are designed to help employers in Southwest Minnesota to attract and retain a diverse workforce needed now and in the future. Cohort peers will be focused on developing and sharing best practices for employee retention and overall growth of SW MN. Sessions will be led by Whitney Harvey, Sr. Director of Workforce Diversity and Inclusion, Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Foundation and will include additional guest speakers at each session. Jill Johnson and Sherri Post invite everyone to enjoy coffee and treats while learning about what's new at Avera@Home.
