As an Assistant Meat Department Manager you can expect to

• Oversee product preparation and ensure top-quality presentation by maintaining freshness through stock rotation, product coding, and removal of out-of-date items.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold high service standards and continuously improve guest interactions.
• Lead, train, and inspire team members, creating an energetic and results-oriented work environment.
• Manage inventory by tracking stock levels, minimizing shrinkage, and maintaining accurate records.
