Museum's Monthly "Coffee Talk"
The public is invited to join the Pipestone County Historical Society for its September Coffee Talk on Thursday, November 21st, when Museum Collections & Exhibits Manager, Noah Burris, shares information on items from the Museum collection. Coffee Talks are FREE for all members of the public to attend. If you are unable to attend in person, the presentation will be recorded and shared on the Museum's YouTube channel. The link to the video will be on the Pipestone County Museum's website as soon as it is available.
19th Annual Chamber Chili Cook-Off & Silent Auction Fundraiser
The Chamber Chili Cook-Off and Silent Auction is a fun community get together! Sample a variety of chilis (traditional and nontraditional) and vote for your favorites. You also get to help us decide which team does the best job decorating too! Businesses and organizations go all out to win either best chili and/or best decor! A tremendously fun event #OnlyinPipestone!
United Way Grant Deadline
2024 United Way of Pipestone County Applications now available. Due the day before Thanksgiving. Your request MUST be received by 5 pm on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. Applications may be dropped off at First Bank & Trust, First Farmers & Merchants, First State Bank SW, or the Pipestone Area Chamber of Commerce.

5th Annual Lights at the Lodge
The 2024, 5th Annual Lights at the Lodge lighting is Saturday, November 30, 2024 at the Hiawatha Pageant Park, official lighting at 6:00 pm. After the official lighting, the lights will be on every night through January 1, 2025.
Al Opland Singers: "Ring in the Season...Rejoice with Song!"
Come and celebrate the 46th show season with the Al Opland Singers as they present their Christmas show ''Ring in the Season...Rejoice with Song!'' Show dates are December 5th, 6th, and 7th at 7:30 pm, and December 8th at 2:00pm, at the Pipestone Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $(TBA) for adults and $(TBA) for students, and can be purchased online at pipestoneperformingartscenter.com, by calling the box office at 507-825-2020 or at the door the day of a performance, all seats are reserved seating so it is a good idea to get your tickets early to ensure you get the seat you would like. The Al Opland Singers are a group of people from around southwest Minnesota who love to sing and perform, and they look forward to ringing in the Season! We hope to see you there.
